The property is in a quiet rural location, over looking its garden, tall old gum trees and rolling hills. Modernised, but, with timber walls inside and out, its rustic charm remains intact. There are three bedrooms consisting of two double beds and two single beds. Port-a-cot and highchair are available on request. The cottage is light with an open plan lounge/ kitchen, containing a slow combustion wood fire and ceiling fan. The house has double glazing, for added warmth in winter. There is a large enclosed sunroom, and stylish bathroom with claw foot bath and a spacious verandah. A second toilet is located in the laundry. Linen included. The cottage has a phone for local calls only.
