Burrinjuck Waters State Park is a family park. Come and enjoy our peace and tranquillity, in an unspoilt bush setting. Enjoy our abundant, friendly wildlife in their natural environment. Kangaroos, Wallabies, Crimson Rosellas, King Parrots, Lyrebirds, Wrens, Possums - domestic pets prohibited. Situated on the banks of the historic Burrinjuck Dam built in 1907. Just one and a half hours from Canberra, 53 Kilometres south west of Yass, 280 Kilometres north of Albury and 183 Kilometres east of Wagga. Activities include: *Fishing *Water Sports *Boat Hire with launching facilities *Kiosk *Bushwalking *Explore Cave Island *BBQ's *Playground *Tennis Courts *Frisbee Golf *Table Tennis *Volleyball *6 amenities blocks (coin operated showers 20 cents) *Four laundries. Accommodation is available on site. Facilities include kettle, toaster, stove, frypan, microwave, oven, fridge, cutlery, crockery, tea towel. Two blankets and a pillow per bed are supplied.
