The Commercial Hotel is an historic country hotel with a friendly bar, excellent dining room, guest lounge and 10 large and freshly painted guest rooms, eight opening onto the shady verandas. Established in 1861, the Commercial Hotel is the only hotel in the twin towns of Harden-Murrumburrah offering food and accommodation. Set in the heart of the picturesque historic village of Murrumburrah (two kilometres from Harden), the Commercial Hotel is an ideal base for a relaxing stay to unwind and explore this beautiful rolling countryside and its many attractions, a short drive to Young, Temora, Jugiong, Binalong, Boorowa and Cootamundra. The dining room specialises in freshly made food from local produce and local wines, and opens for dinner on Friday and Saturday. The bar opens Tuesday to Sunday and has no gaming machines nor TAB. Bar meals are available Tuesday to Saturday evenings, and lunch on Thursday to Saturday.
