In the living room is a study area with desk, two sofas (one folds out to a double sofa bed), TV, video and stereo. We also have available two single sofa beds to accommodate up to eight sleeping. The lounge and dining areas are combined, with the dining area seating four. Leading out from the lounge/dining area is a balcony. The kitchen is modern and convenient with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator. The internal laundry has a washing machine and dryer, sink and clothes airier in case you want to dry anything inside. There is also a clothes line on the ground level and the back of the building. At basement level there is security tandem parking for two cars. We are located across the road from a major shopping centre (Burwood Westfield), and cinema, 20 minutes' train ride from the city, close to Strathfield Private and Concord Hospitals and walk to great restaurants and cafes.
