The conferencing facilities include seven function rooms catering from 20 people up to 150. These include the Governor Bourke Ballroom, the Dr Cumpston Room, (the main conference room), Nurse Ford Room (in the former hospital) and the First Class Dining Room. All conference, meetings and event facilities are located in nationally listed heritage buildings which have been adapted to include every modern convenience and supported by modern communication technology.
