Situated on the banks of the Murray River, the village is dedicated to the early settlers. Visitors can experience what it was like when their ancestors were alive, and can travel aboard the paddle steamer P.S. PYAP up and down the river. Climb aboard the special vehicles, for the sound and light tours that are conducted every night. Dramatic lighting effects in and around the original old buildings of Pioneer settlement plus real life sounds recreate the decades of pioneer history.
