The Unit is wheelchair accessible with assistance. Entry to unit is ground level as is the interior. Bathroom has grab rails in both shower and toilet area. The shower has an adjustable hand shower but has a 75 millimetre entrance lip. A shower chair is also available.

Families travelling with children are welcome and well catered for. A range of books, and board games are on-site and an extensive range of books, childrens movies, toys and outdoor equipment is also available free of charge from the main reception area 150 metres from the unit. The yard is fully fenced with child safety locks allowing children to play safely outdoors on the lawn.
