They have all the features you have a right to expect - spotlessly clean amenities, ensuited, fully self contained cabins, grass and slab powered sites, large camping area, sparkling saltwater pool, covered camp kitchen and barbecues, dump point, kiosk and plenty of room for big rigs. There is a new jumping pillow for the kids and a wireless internet hotspot for keeping in touch and surfing the web has been installed.
They organise social events during the winter season including Devonshire Teas and evening campfires. Charters Towers Golf Course is right next door and they hire equipment. To relieve those muscles after a long drive, they offer the only sauna in Charters Towers. They offer free tour bookings and information on all the historic sites around town.
