Established in 1995 as a cottage kitchen industry, Baylies now have a modern production facility in which our unique products are lovingly hand made and packed to the highest standards. Baylies of Stathalbyn are members of the Adelaide Hill Producers Network, a group of dedicated producers who are passionate and progressive about the art of creating a wide range of gourmet delights. All Baylies products - cakes, biscuits, preserves, fudges as well as other locally-produced products � are stocked. These include Willabrand, Auntie Joans, Tumbella Herbs and Bird in Hand olives.
