Anglers Rest Cowell is conveniently situated overlooking the oval and sporting facilities, it is just a short walk to the Main Street which includes the newsagent, hotels, the information centre and supermarket. The house is fully self-contained and fully carpeted throughout. There are three bedrooms, main bedroom with one double bed, second bedroom with one double bed and one single bed, third bedroom with one bunk and one single bed. The lounge is complete with television and DVD player, and the house is air conditioned with a reverse cycle split system air-conditioner. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, crockery, cutlery and glassware for up to eight people, a microwave and modern electric stove including oven. In addition there is a large pigeon pair fridge and freezer. The laundry has an automatic washing machine and a plumbed rainwater tank. Outside the large back yard has ample room for off street parking and has fish cleaning and crab cooking facilities. The barbecue area is complete with a four-burner barbecue. Fish can be caught nearly everyday, even in bad weather. A good catch can come just off the shore, jetty or out in the boat.
