Cowell Foreshore Caravan Park Cabins are located just 17 kilometres from the SeaSA ferry terminal on Franklin Harbour right in the heart of Cowell, and within walking distance to local shops, hotels, children�s playground, jetty and boat ramp. Cowell is famous for its oysters and is part of the Seafood and Aquaculture Trail. It is also home to Australia�s only commercial jade mine, which produces the very rare black jade. The park features a kiosk, Internet facilities, public phone, bait, ice, undercover barbecue with dining area, fish cleaning with crab cooker, boat wash area and deep freeze facilities to store your catch.
