Cowell is famous for its oysters and is part of the Seafood and Aquaculture Trail. It is also home to Australia�s only commercial jade mine, which produces the very rare black jade. The park features a kiosk, Internet facilities, public phone, bait, ice, undercover barbecue with dining area, fish cleaning with crab cooker, boat wash area and deep freeze facilities to store your catch.
