Firstly, there are the fantastic sea views of Granite Island to Port Elliot from every room on the first floor including the lounge, dining, kitchen, master bedroom and even the spa in the upstairs bathroom! Breathtaker is 50 squares in size, so it is very spacious and it is fitted with luxurious appointments. There are four generous bedrooms (all quality linen supplied). The master suite upstairs has a queen size bed, full sized bathroom with spa and walk in robe. The other three bedrooms are on the ground floor. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, and is a private retreat as it has its own comfortable chairs, television and video player. The third bedroom has two single beds and another has four single beds. To accommodate up to four couples we can also convert two of the single beds in the third and fourth bedrooms into luxurious king size beds (a small charge applies). There is fully ducted reverse cycle air conditioning for your year round comfort, a fully equipped kitchen with Miele dishwasher and filtered water on tap, two huge bathrooms (both with double showers and the main with spa), under cover balcony dining, large laundry and secure fully tiled double games room under the main roof. For our guests to enjoy we provide a billiard table, two televisions, two video players, a DVD player, video library of 50 videos (including titles for children through to adult movies), a barbecue, outdoor furniture, and a table soccer table. There is also plenty of off street parking for a Jet Ski or boat at the property. The safe swimming beach is only metres away by a private path to the designated crossing for the Historical Cockle Steam Train (which runs on Sundays and during school holidays).
