Experience a step back in time and treat yourself to the beautifully restored Cape du Couedic Lighthouse Keepers cottages on stunning Kangaroo Island.
Nestled in Flinders Chase National Park, Cape du Couedic is renowned for its wildlife and spectacular coastal scenery. View seals frolicking in the ocean from a spectacular lookout. Visit Remarkable Rocks and Kelly Hill Caves, just a short drive away. Take a stroll to Admirals Arch, long after the crowds have gone. Or simply relax on the front veranda, watching the shimmering stars and the welcoming beam of the lighthouse.
Built in 1907 from locally quarried limestone, Parndana, Karatta or Troubridge cottages offer the charm of yesteryear, with polished pine floors, tasteful furnishings and cosy self-contained kitchen. Each cottage can sleep up to six guests in three bedrooms.
Cape du Couedic is 14 kilometres from the award-winning Flinders Chase Visitor Centre in the southwestern corner of Kangaroo Island. Its one of three unique lighthouse accommodation precincts managed by national parks.
