The Guesthouse is built of limestone with high ceilings and spacious verandahs. Seaview's Guesthouse overlooks the seafront and tidal pool. All are equipped with vanity, refrigerator, tea and coffee making facilities, clock radio, television, electric heating and carpets. The lofty ceilings with ornate mouldings are a feature of the house. Although the bathrooms are not ensuite, the bathroom facilities are handy to the rooms.
