Yorke Peninsula Beach Day Out is a family fun day out on North Beach, Wallaroo. Beach Cricket teams are recruited to play in a mini knock out competition prior to the event and compete on the day, we also have exhibition games which will feature cricketers like Darren "Boof" Lehmann and his all stars who take on some of the regions top country cricketers in beach cricket. National volleyball players like Bo Soderberg who is three times Australian tour champion and also three times Danish champion will also play in exhibition matches with Volleyball SA giving coaching to anyone who wants to play. There will also be dance performances from the XXXX Dance Troupe throughout the day, barbecue lunches and drinks available from the Lions Club of Wallaroo for a reasonable cost with all proceeds going to local charities Strictly no BYO alcohol due to licensing requirements.
