This is a two bedroom fully furnished house with a large back yard for a boat or van. It has one double bed in one room and one queen size bed in the other. There is also a single bed mattress spare and a double futon bed in the lounge room. All cooking facilities are available, including a microwave and BBQ. There is also a refrigerator, washing machine, television and ironing board. All linen is provided (plenty of pillows), including electric blankets. The bathroom has a shower and bath tub. There is a large timber deck with bay views and two accesses to the beach. To the right is a private cove, or you can follow the beach to the left into Swansea. The house is heated with a heat pump system giving even heat throughout. It is a three minute drive into Swansea and a ten minute walk. There are beautiful beaches, wineries, strawberry farm, golf course, great restaurants, surfing and fishing in the summer. The rates are $85.00 per night with a minimum of two nights stay. $300.00 a week in the off season and $400.00 a week in the peak season. This includes all linen. Payment is by cash only. Bookings essential.
