Formerly an old primary school, the open layout has a queen bed downstairs and two twin beds on the mezzanine level. If you are seeking cosy accommodation for two, the stables are a delightful option with garden views from every window. An ideal honeymoon cottage, the old-style potbelly stove and cast iron bed are enchanting. Each cottage has provisions for a hearty breakfast including eggs, bacon, toast, cereals, tea, coffee and juice. An on-site restaurant is also available. Wander the glistening beaches where fairy penguins nest or drive 30-minutes to Freycinet National Park. As the gateway to Freycinet and Douglas Apsley National Parks, Bicheno is just over two-hours' drive from Launceston (174 kilometers/108 miles).
