There are two self-contained units, both with two bedrooms. One unit has a queen-size bed and two single beds, and the second unit has a double bed, three single beds and a double bunk. Guests can also stay in a three-bedroom house, accommodating up to seven guests in comfort. The tranquil green fields of the 80 hectare (200 acre) working beef farm surround you. Enjoy the open air and space before preparing a delicious country dinner in your well-equipped kitchen. The Bonney Family have been in Deloraine since it was proclaimed a town in 1829 and have owned the farm since 1868. One of the units is named after their famous aviator relative Bert Hinkler, who visited the farm in 1928 after his record-breaking solo flight from England to Australia. Another is named for another relative, Bill Woodfull who was Australian Cricket Captain from 1926 to 1932. Take advantage of the extensive tourist information offered by your hosts. Deloraine is approximately 45-minutes drive west from Launceston (53 kilometres/33 miles).
