At The Corner is a National Trust listed home located in Smithton on Tasmania's north-west coast. We invite you to share our Federation Queen Anne style home, or enjoy our Garden Cottage, which combine historic charm and modern comforts in a beautiful garden setting. Within our home, our guests have a spacious, self-contained, warm, private suite, secure with the knowledge that their hosts are close by. A queen bedroom and a twin bedroom means up to four people in one travelling party can enjoy the facilities. The lounge and dining room have huge bay windows which look onto the established garden of roses, rhododendrons and lavender. The modern, well-equipped bathroom has a large shower or our guests can indulge and relax in a bubble-filled claw-foot bath. Alternatively, our newly-renovated Garden Cottage offers self-contained accommodation for one or two people. With electric heating, television, cooking facilities and en suite with shower, this converted cottage is charming and private. The moderate tariff for either choice of accommodation includes generous and delicious continental breakfast provisions. Both venues are smoke-free, and have off-street parking.
