Castaway Holiday Apartments are affordable, modern, spacious self-contained apartments at Strahan, on Tasmania�s west coast. Castaway has six apartments; one and two bedroom with full cooking facilities, shared barbeque facilities and shared guest laundry. All apartments have level access and parking at your front door, one apartment is equipped for disabled guests (with assistance). Castaway is a five minutes stroll from the town centre, waterfront, shopping centre and harbour cruises Strahan is the gateway to an untouched wilderness with breathtaking scenery. There are plenty of great activities to choose from; take a harbour cruises, scenic flights, jet boat rides, fishing, kayaking, hikes into the wilderness, four wheel drive tours and more. Families are welcome, we have cots/highchairs available and toys to borrow. For the older children we have board games, video cassette recorder hire and a small selection of videos (children�s and adults). For the keen angler, we offer fishing rods for hire (and local fishing advice for free!). We offer a booking service for all your activities and dining.
