Originally from Dijon, Marc has worked at a long list of major hotels in Europe, including a two year stint at the Carlton, in England, one of the world's most famous hotels. The menu is predominantly French provincial with some Italian and other influences. Whilst the atmosphere is casual elegance in a keeping with the European influence. Marlborough House and Raffaeles restaurant bring together the current owner's passion for food and wine, their love of heritage buildings, with their interest in people to provide you with their exceptional hospitality.
