The Crocodile Statue is a friendly greeting at the entrance to Wyndham town as well as a gentle reminder that you are in estuarine crocodile country. Some of the quantities that went into its construction are five and a half kilometres of steel rod, 50 kilograms of welding rods, ten rolls of bird mesh and five cubic metres of concrete. The result is a 20 metre long, larger than life sculpture of a fearsome saltwater crocodile.
