The Awesome Festival invites young people from ages six to sixteen years and their families to experience astonishing art, still every year people of all ages flock to the event to share in the wonder and excitement that Awesome brings to Perth. Where else could you find a circus that has shrunk in the wash? A human skateboard? Shakespeare performed by tiny ninja figurines? An Automatic Teller Machine that dispenses self-help advice? Giant sand sculptures? And a life-size interactive board game? Not to mention a magic dog that turns rubbish into recycled treasure!
