Access is by four wheel drive vehicle only. Situated in Coondiner Creek is the spectacular Eagle Rock Falls. In the wet, water cascades over two falls of 12 metres and 60 metres, permanent pools are at the base of both falls. Eagle Rock Pool is two kilometres upstream from the falls. This is a popular destination for picnicing or camping overnight. Time for the whole journey is approximately one hour. Please call into the Newman Visitor Centre for up to date road conditions and a mud map of the Newman Waterholes.
