Kalgan's pool is one of the more popular destinations for a days outing. This is due to the close proximity to Newman and the large, deep pool which rarely dries up. A tall cliff face dominates the area with a large deep pool at the bottom, excellent spot for camping. Access is by four wheel drive vehicle only. Please call into the Newman Tourist Information Centre for up to date road conditions and a mud map of the Newman waterholes.
