It is surrounded by a lovely cottage garden and is positioned on the acreage to enable the utmost privacy to guests whilst providing stunning views of the surrounding hills and town. Fully self contained, there are two bedrooms, open plan living/dining and a fully equipped kitchen. Nestled into a hillside, windows extending the full length of the living areas provide sweeping views. Sleeping four people very comfortably, it is suitable for either a romantic getaway for two, or a comfortable holiday for a family. Relax on the verandas with a barbecue or a glass of wine, watch the birds and soak up the view. Have a casual lunch in your very own cottage garden, or just read a book in the shade of the trees. Enjoy the cosy wood fire on misty winter mornings and the cool air-conditioning in summer. Everything is provided for your comfort, and the cottage is spotlessly clean. Balingup has a magic all of its own. Well known for its festivals and events, it is fast becoming the chosen destination from which to explore other areas of the South West. The wine region of Margaret River, tall timbers of Pemberton, and picturesque scenery of the Blackwood River towns are all within an easy drive. If you wish to go walking on the Bibbulmun Track, we are happy to drop you off so you can walk back. Children are very welcome.
