Travel Downunder launched in November
2002 as the first privately operated website to showcase the
Australian Tourism Data Warehouse - ATDW.
The ATDW was developed over 3 years by Australia's tourism bodies
to provide a central, comprehensive collection of our country's
travel products - now over 15,000 and growing. As a distributor
of the ATDW, Travel Downunder is directing consumer enquiries
back to the operators via their email, website or phone.
Travel Downunder is wholly owned and operated by GlobeNet
Travel, Australia's leader in leisure travel located in
Brisbane, Queensland. Since 1999 GlobeNet Travel has been providing
personalised itinerary planning to both Australians and guests
from overseas. Our philosophy is simple - by combining good
old-fashioned customer service with the latest technology, our
customers get more out of their holiday in Australia.
